If you’re using Kickflip with Shopify, your Kickflip subscription and any related charges will appear directly on your regular Shopify invoice.
Woocommerce
If you’re using Kickflip with WooCommerce, you’ll receive a monthly invoice by email. Your invoice will include:

NOTE
The $0.01 amount per unit is simply how we communicate with the billing system to represent your total transaction fee. It doesn’t mean you’re charged 1 cent per transaction — it’s a technical workaround to report and total the actual fee amount accurately.

if you’re using Kickflip with Wix, your Kickflip subscription and any related charges will appear directly on your regular Wix invoice.
Custom integrations
If you’re using Kickflip with a custom integration, you’ll receive a monthly invoice over email.

How does currency conversion to USD work?
We use a third-party API to retrieve the latest exchange rates. This ensures that currency conversions to USD are based on accurate and up-to-date market rates at the time of calculation.
When are Kickflip’s transaction fees charged?
Kickflip’s transaction fees are created on the day an order is paid. This means that an order can be created in one billing period, but its transaction fee may only appear in the next billing period if payment happens later.
In some cases, transaction fees may also be created at a later time if there is a delay in syncing the order between the e-commerce platform and Kickflip.
