If you want to give more details to your customers about a question or answer, simply check the description checkbox and enter your description in the text area.

You should see the description appear instantly in your Question Panel. If you added a description to an answer, it will appear above the color answers when it is selected.

You can also format the description by adding bold, italic, and underlining the text as well as use bullet points and line breaks.

Tip: To ensure visible descriptions on mobile, log in to your Kickflip dashboard and under theme editing, we recommend you reduce the 'Mobile description' font so that the desktop version fits in the smaller mobile view.
