You can activate the ‘Bad words filter’ to prevent certain words or idioms from being typed by your customers and displayed on your product.
Enabling the bad words filter
Login to Kickflip.
Go to Settings.
Go to Bad words.
Click on Enable.
To use our default English bad words list, click on Apply default.
To create your own list, enter the words you want to restrict in the text field.
Click on Save.
What happens when a bad word is type and the filter as been enabled?
When a bad word is entered by a customer and the bad word filter has been activated:
An error message will appear next to the text field.
The add to cart button will be disabled until the bad word is removed.
The bad word is replaced by stars (****) on the product.
TIP
You can modify the error message using translations.
