Sometimes, you need your customer to select an answer before adding the product to the cart. For example, you would not want your customer to add a shirt to the cart without selecting its size.

Making text and logo questions mandatory

  1. Open your question.

  2. Under Settings, activate the Required toggle.

Making image and value questions mandatory

For Image and Value questions, requiring an answer is only possible if you select the Dropdown input type:

  1. Open your question.

  2. Under Input, select Dropdown.

  3. Under Settings, select Interaction required.
