Allowing customers to upload image, audio or video files

Learn how to let customers upload image, audio, or video files through your Kickflip customizer without displaying them on the product.

This article explains how to let your customers upload image, audio or video files, without displaying those files on the product itself.

If instead you want to allow your customers to upload an image and have that image appear on your product (for example a logo or photo print), please see our article: Allowing customers to upload an image and display it on your product.

Creating a file upload question to let your customers upload audio or video files

  1. Open your product.

  2. Click on the + button in the top left part of the screen.

  3. Under Select input type, pick File upload.

  4. Under Select a display type, pick None, then hit Create.

NOTE

You can allow customers to upload image, audio, or video files. However, when doing so, the display type must be set to None, as the uploaded files will not be displayed on your product.
