Designs are the products your customers have customized and added to their carts or shared on social media.
Accessing designs
Log in to Kickflip.
In the left side bar, navigate to Orders & Quotes > Designs.
Click on a design to see all the design details and product images and uploaded assets
Viewing the design sheet
When you open a design, the design sheet appears listing detailed information about it. The design sheet contains:
All the choices made by the customer, such as the materials, colors, texts, etc.
The design creation time and its time zone.
The picture of the customized product.
The total amount.
Downloading assets
Assets can include:
Original files: Images, audio, or video files uploaded by your customers.
Views: High-resolution preview images for each product view.
Print files: Print-ready files.
You can download the assets by clicking on the Download assets button.
Printing the design sheet
The design sheet can be printed using the Print design button.
Viewing the design in your customizer
You can preview the design in your customizer by clicking the Preview button.
Quickly navigating to the next or previous order
To quickly navigate to the next or previous order, you can click on the Next and Previous buttons on top of the order sheet.
Retrieving design sheet data through our API
You can retrieve all design sheet data and assets through our API.
Generating a sample design
Log in to Kickflip.
In the left side bar, click on My Products.
Hover over a product and click on the more icon.
Click on Preview.
Customize your product, then click on Add to cart.
Your design will appear in Kickflip's admin Designs page.
