When a custom product includes linked variants, Shopify shows the custom product and each linked variant. The price always comes from Kickflip.
Prices come from Kickflip
Kickflip calculates the price from your Kickflip product. It always wins over the price set on a linked Shopify variant.
You don't need to keep Shopify variant prices up to date. They can differ from each other, and Kickflip still shows the right price.
In the cart and at checkout
Customers see:
The custom product, with its customization details.
Each linked variant that's part of their selection.
The variant's product image, if the variant has one.
Example: a customer designs a pair of glasses and picks a lens linked to a Shopify variant. The cart and checkout show the custom glasses and the lens product.
In the order
In the order summary, linked variants appear below the custom product. If a variant has a SKU, the SKU shows there too.
Example : in the screenshot below, the SKU is "3456".
